Return window

Eligible footwear may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused outdoors and returned with original box, tags, inserts and proof of purchase.

Returned shoes are checked for outsole wear, foam compression, upper scuffs, odor, moisture and missing packaging before approval.

Approved refunds are issued in Indian rupees (INR) to the original payment method after inspection.

Size exchanges are subject to stock. If unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund for eligible products.
